11/24ともくらフェス　TOMOKURAFES

日本には現在300万人を超す外国籍の人が暮らしています。様々な分野で働く外国籍の人や、日本で生まれ育った海外ルーツの子どもたちが増えています。特に川口市は外国籍の人が多い自治体です。今年で第3回目となる「ともくらフェス」は、様々な文化的背景を持つ人々と共に暮らすことを体験するフェスティバルです。ブースでは様々な国や地域の飲食物や物品を販売し、メインステージでは踊りや音楽などの文化的イベントを行います。ほかにも多文化共生や難民問題をテーマにしたトークイベントを開催します。ぜひご参加ください。

Over three million foreign nationals currently reside in Japan. The number of foreign nationals working across various fields and children with overseas roots who were born and raised in Japan is increasing. Kawaguchi City, in particular, is a municipality with a large foreign population. This year marks the third edition of the Tomokura Festival, an event offering an experience of living alongside people from diverse cultural backgrounds. Booths will sell food, drink, and goods from various countries and regions, while the main stage will host cultural events such as dance and music performances. Additionally, talk events addressing themes of multicultural coexistence and refugee issues will be held. We warmly invite you to attend.
